Cable Rates Increases for Detroit

Residents in the Detroit Metro area can expect to see an increase on their monthly cable bills. Cable subscribers will see a 6.5% for Comcast, 6% for Charter Communications and Wide Open West, and 4.3% for Bright House Communications.

DirecTV customers will see a rate increase of 4% beginning in March. Dish Network raised the price of some of their programming 3%, however none of their bundled DVR Advantage packages changed.
